I have wanted/needed one of these stands for a long time now. I unpacked the parts and assembled the stand, really easy to assemble a child could do it. Very well made, clamps well to my desk and has a decent height, the clamp which is made of plastic and fitted with a steel/chrome locking screw, can be fitted horizontally or vertically. The telescopic tube has three sections which can be locked at any height and has a chrome appearance. On the top is the metal/chrome hook to hang a Rotary Tool. Very sturdy construction and has two screw holes in the clamp base for a more permanent, rigid installation. A fantastic piece of equipment at a fantastic price.

this item has a great value for the price. however my only complaint is that it is too small for my needs. the extension shaft on my dremel is longer than this stand by much I'll have to improvise something to fix this issue. if you want to buy this one keep in mind it is not too long.
