Tested the motor in our 'AirTrainer' which worked out fine Used a 12x8 prop on 4S/4000mAh Lipo. Full power pull is close to 55amps. As this is a 'trainer' the full power is seldom used, only for take off and some large loopings or stall turns. After 10 minutes flight the motor is just cold. Just a good motor for good price

Bought this for my HK Navy Cub, as a replacement for the original smaller motor. This fitted perfectly apart from enlarging the cowl opening . Performs well on both 3 and 4s . It had a malformed prop fitting causing some slight imbalance and amazingly Bangood sent out a complete new motor within 10 days(and over Xmas) free of charge!! Well done BG now that's customer service for you!

I use the esc in an electric glider with 3.4m span. Together with a Racestar motor 4250 it´s a perfect combination for the model. The performance is more than sufficient. The motor can be controlled very well. The motor runs very smoothly and quietly. The performance with a 4S LiPo battery is very high! I am very satisfied. Conclusion: highly recommended.

Good motor, but who designed the mounting bracket so that the screws that go into the firewall are blocked by the body of the motor? Ridiculous.
