If you want to see the real Hi-Fi power of this circuit, please change the NE5532 to the AD712. The performance of the preamplifier after you change those chips will amaze you, it is superb. Needs bipolar AC power supply. Mains volts in, 12-0-12 volts output. Preamp ICs need plus and minus voltage to bias correctly. AC to DC components are in the kit. Diodes and proper capacitors to make 12+ and 12- voltage referenced to common.
