This is a sturdy compact fishing rod. Feels solid when extended. The only bad part is the reel is in the wrong place for fly fishing as it needs to be behind your hand and that isn't possible on this rod. So I wish I bought a different model with a regular reel but I can purchase that reel separately. So buy the other versions of this rod. The accessories are kinda useless but I expected that. As for a regular fishing rod I do like it.
