I got this just encase I purchased a camera with an Leica M Mount, so I can fit any of my lenses with M39 x 26TPI mount. ref:(26TPI=lead of about 0.977mm and not 1.0mm. Over three turns that an error of 0.069mm). (Ref: When Leica chose the 39mm Thread Mount, they used the British Brass thread standard, which was 26 threads per inch). I am happy with this purchase.
