The packaging is really suboptimal. The remote control came in all scratched ( see the photos) and it is quite easy to explain why. The protective bag for the remote control was not sealed the sticker for sealing is still on the bag (see the photos) and there was no foam protection on the sticking out pins of the receiver. All parts were in another bigger plastic bag. So pins were all bent, the remote control was partially out of its protective bag and scratched most likely by the very same pins. A piece of foam packaging would have helped a lot
