This is a good compass for adding to your survival tackle. Strong and simple.

The compass fits my shovel good. compass does work but you have to tap it slowly for it to move. i will keep the glass breaker tip on the shovels and use the compass in a pack.

It's OK, all of the negative part is the fact that the threading doesn't match the other parts. You would think that similar items from the same brand would have matching threads.
