This works the same as the 490 Dremel Dust Blower. Essentially is it a replacement collet nut with fan blades to blow the dust, wood chips, etc... off of the object you are working on with your rotary tool. This item does have the side, like on a regular collet nut, for the wrench (not included, though if you have a rotary tool you should already have one) so that you can tighten it onto the rotary tool, and loosen it. The 8mm dust blower fits the Flex Shaft (Product ID: 1024025) sold here at Bang Good perfectly.
