item came well packaged, fans were not bolted in, so you have to do it and then bolt heatsink. Make sure you don't tighten the fans too much as it will stop them work. Just tighten until you feel resistance. They do make noise but they are quite low, recommended to add some foam to bottom if you placing it on a desk as the vibration will occur.

Solid metal all the way, looks very good. A must for your PI.

looks god product, but got big problems on fans one not working at all , and second got big noises I thing is about luck with this fans mine unlucky another problem is support who sit on processor if i put that rubber is too thin if i left it out is not touching the processor (too thick) hole for camera are not made it correctly width case mounted on pi cannot open/close connector suppose this is made to mount only one time ?!? the only solution was to buy more two fans and cover space between processor

The idea is pretty need and I like the way my Raspberry Pi looks with the cooling enclosure. However, one of the fans is already making a high pitch noise and sometimes even a grinding noise like it is spinning against the enclosure. Thinking about disconnecting the fan(s) because the aluminium alloy enclosure is cooling the Raspberry Pi sufficiently.

The case fits very well, the included thermal pads are just thick enough to connect the pi and the case. One of the 2 fans are a bit noisy, but it isn't really needed for the case. The idle temp of the pi is ~8-10°C cooler than before. Worth to buy!

Nice product. Had to clean the machined teeads in holes. Screws are cheap. Fans and heat sinc are great.
