Transformator und Eingangskühlkörper waren ebenfalls zu heiß, Ausgangskondensatoren fühlten sich ebenfalls heiß an. Ich habe darüber einen 8x8 cm, 24 Volt, 60 mA Lüfter installiert, und jetzt ist es richtig kalt – nach Stunden immer noch 31 Grad Celsius. Perfekte C. Output Ripple (mit 20 MHz Filter auf ON eingestellt): Nicht akzeptabel. Bei 4,2 Ampere beträgt sie ca. 850 mVp-p(Bild 2), die hauptsächlich aus einer Sinuswelle(630 mVp-p, Bild 3) und obendrauf die Spikes (210 bis 250 mVp-p-Bild 4) aufgrund der Schaltfrequenz. Grund: unzureichende Ausgangskapazität. Durch einfaches Hinzufügen eines 4700 uF Kondensators am Ausgang (man kann ihn direkt an die Ersatzpositionen am Ausgang anschließen), sinkt die Ripple auf ca. 350 mVp-p (Foto 5). Die Quasi-Sinuswelle ist jetzt viel kleiner (ca 50 mVp-p – Foto 6), während die Spitzen gleich bleiben. Wenn Sie wollen, können Sie auf den Ausgang einen zusätzlichen LC-Filter wie ich (13,5 mH Induktor aus der junkbox 1000 uF Kondensator), und sinken auf weniger als 160 mVp-p Gesamtwelligkeit (Bild 7), da Spitzen jetzt 130 mVp-p oder weniger sind (Bild 8). Fazit: Mit einem Lüfter und einem 4700 uF Ausgangskondensator haben Sie ein ordentliches 36 Volt Netzteil, mit genügend Ausgangsstrom und zu einem sehr niedrigen Preis.

1-го сентября оплатил, 23-го получил на ПР. Упаковка- пересылочный пакет и картонная коробочка. При пересылке не помялся, не поломался. Сам Б.П., выдаёт 36,15В. под нагрузкой в 2 Ампера, отсечку не проверял, пока на 8-мь ампер нагрузки нет. И несколько снимков самого подопытного.
