Comes in a cardboard box, a device plus a USB cable. The cable seems solid, silicone. The device itself is made of plastic. It has rubber pads. The case is slightly bent, so the pads do not lie very well on the surface. That's a minor complaint. The device works well, charges two phones with fast wires, and consumes the promised 2A at 9V. I haven't tried it on 12V. All in all a good product. Satisfied with the purchase. Delivery was 27 days.
