This was my first order. Goods arrived after in 20 days after placing my order. Since I've selected with tax option, I paid double because of new import tax and high currency rates. Customer support is very good but Gsm application is not good as web site, so use web site to place yr order. This new TS100 tip is seems very good quality. I've tried it and happy at first usage. Soldering is very easy and pleasant but I believe that I am going to be sure, if the quality really satisfies me or not during
