It was packed to plastic bag. The original box was at not good condition like it was open many times. The massages itself works correct. May be the massage effect is not so strong but looks good for this price. Seat looks not very comfortable, too hardy so it is not possible to sit long time in car for example.

It works perfectly, it includes the electrical charger. The vibration for the massage is nice. The box was very damage, I don't know if it was done by the delivery or because it was like that from the beginning.
