The Sensor is great and useful, the little PCB too, but... First it didn't work. After a while I measured the also delivered 3-wire-cable and detected that one of the wires was ideed clamped but only the plastic. They forgot to strip the Isolation...

The temperature sensor works as expected with the DallasTemperature Arduino library. I also tested the sensor in boiling and freezing water, and it works great at both extremes.
