I ordered two which were delivered promptly and in good packaging. They are pretty easy to assemble, but one didn't turn as smoothly as the other one.

J'ai acheté ces moulins pour effrayer les pigeons. Cela ne fonctionne pas ! mais par contre un bel effet décoratif et qui amuse les enfants.
