I dropped the item after unpacking it. It survived the fall as it now has 13 ports working so it's robust. Easy to wire with the right tools and will tidy up that mess of CAT5e and CAT6 cables. As I am new to cabling I had to reconfigure the wires a few times on two of the ports. No problems doing that. Good product.
