It is not true UV light. It lights bright visible blue and some ultraviolet light. Looks not bad but switch works not stable. The light becomes dim after few seconds (baterry are new and strong). Time to time you must shock it hardly to start lighting bright again. Maybe it can be usefull to use some filter to eliminate blue light.
