This is a very good, bright light that will help keep you safe when riding a bike at night. There's one thing that probably needs adjusting -- and there was no mention of this on the packaging. And, of course, there are no directions. HaHa. [See Photos] You need to adjust the angle of the light so it faces straight out and back. If you don't do this the light will point somewhat toward the ground. To do this you need to partially separate the hard plastic part that the light slips into from the flexible rubber band. Then unscrew the Phillips screw which allows the hard plastic mount to be rotated so the light will face straight out, as desired. One photo shows the Phillips screw exposed while the other shows the flexible rubber band with the screw hidden (this is the way you will get the product).

This light is bright and seems to be well made. Has 5 modes, solid and flashing. I am very pleased so far, if it holds up well I will order more!
