The unit works but: - the packing is very poor, not even sealed except for the plastic bag used for postage. It looks like a reconditioned unit in that respect. - the user manual is very poor. It only describes the SW with no reference to the specifics of the UVF10 model... - UVF10 model can't be found anywhere on Baofeng site, it seems to be a "special" reference, so getting support is hard - FM broadcast just disables itself after some minutes and pressing the call button has no more effect. Only way I found to enable FM broadcast again is to reset to factory defaults, loosing all my programmed channels and bespoke settings. Very annoying. A reasonable buy for the cost but I expected a bit better...

Do not buy for the reasons of pub.!! This equipment does not make the 18W, only 5W. The battery is not 8000mAh, but rather of 1100mAh (nor the label that comes in the bat. is true). It gives the feeling that it is a copy of UV9.
