I have already purchased the standard Astrolux S1 and was quite pleased with it. I purchased this version in blue for a relative. So far she has been quite happy with it. I am using an Imren High Drain 800mah 18350 battery in it and it works great.

These flashlights are GREAT! Light output at max is more than enough for everyday use. I like how modes are changed, You can either increase or decrease the intensity with a single half-click! You can also change the program of modes if you don't like the default one. With a tube adapter that is available separately, you can use bigger 18650 batteries for longer runtime. What is the most important for me is that these flashlights will first warn you by blinking and then power off and stop draining
