It comes assembled as shown in the pictures . Motor is included . If you are a fan or already have a C24 this is a nice upgrade . The front bumper is super cool. I still need to take it apart and check if there is grease in gearbox and axles . They feel rough. Honestly though , if you don't have parts and a body to fit this truck already it's going to cost est $100 to complete it . Now you are at the price point of a true name brand like Axial or Losi so you might as well get that . It is nice and but still has the feel of a glorified toy and not true hobby grade RC.

Mankul Axial doesnt have 1/16 scale so this is perfect. 1/10 scale is too big.
