Banggood

They are real bone but the polishing is very crude. They can not be used as they are. I only received 3 pins, but I believed I ordered 3 sets of pins, as there was 6 pins on the photo. On 1 of the 3 the abalone is very ugly. It remains to see if it becomes better after repolishing.

What I received was plastic, should be as stated, see attached photo.

So I try to give 5 stars overall and see what happens. In reality I would give only one star overall. Pin is so much smaller than original pins that it will not hold string in place. Save Your mone and buy a better quality item...

Bonjour. J'ai reçu ces chevilles qu'il faut commander à l'unité (donc 6 pour moi) La finition est très belle et la taille idéale (montées sur une Dreadnought WALDEN) elles font très bien le job et sont mieux profilées que celles d'origine. Cependant, je pense qu'il s'agit plus d'un matériau de type "Tusq" que d'os. Cependant elles sont assez denses et je ne leurs trouve pas de mauvais point. Rien à voir avec les chevilles d'origine. Pour le prix je pense que c'est un bon produit. Bonne tenue

these bone end pins are ideal for the guitar restoration that I'm in the middle of, they have good fit and finish and are a great addition to my guitar I would recommend them to family and friends. I will probably buy more at a later date.

In America these pins are sold in sets of 6. Even though Banggood shows pictures of these in sets of 6 they are sold in sets ove 1. No guitar needs just 1 pin! Be forewarned "1 pc" means 1 piece not 1 package. Rated 4 stars so that this review will be shared by Banggood.

Nice end pin! Funny...I assumed that this was for 6 end pins, not one. I went back to the page, and it is, in fact, for 1 piece. Now I need to get the rest! The end pin looks like the pictures. Now if it lasts, I am a happy picker!

These are made so well, they look a little plastic-ee. A little too perfect. They would truly look better on most guitars if they were unbleached bone instead of the more expensive bleached bone. The abalone dot is perfect too.
