Worked with 18V fake Makita battery. I have not found original one. Functional. Ergonomics likely poor. Of course, you get what you pay for. Have yet see whether it will last long.

I don't have experience with other trimmers, so I'll just write what I see with this machine. Inserting and removing the battery requires to much force. probably a tiny inaccuracy in the plastic. didn't find where yet. adjusting the height of the machine within the transparent plastic sleeve also requires a bit too much force to be comfortable. the wing nut on the fence requires to be fastened very hard to prevent the fence slowly sliding. But once all these are understood the machine performs well.

spinny machine with battery, for the money truly is Banggood. cover & battery is too tight, measurements are totally useless. with a better cover, measurements, push lock, this would be awesome.

Sehr gut und stark, Der Akku passte nicht ganz aber mit kleinen Anpassungen funktionierte es. Ist kompatibel mit original Makita Aufsätze, muss nur das Zahnrad entfernt werden

Very good value. Plenty of power. The base is a very tight fit on the body, can't think of a fix. JJ
