For measuring low voltages or currents - do not buy! Not to specification regarding range and decimal places. - measures down to only 0.3V and 0.02A (not down to 0V and 0A). - volt readings never displays more than two decimal places. Accuracy 0.08% of range + two digits, yes range - not reading. So the error term is 0.16V (0.08%*200V) over the entire range. When measuring low voltages, like for example 0.7V, error term is still 0.16V. And because this voltmeter only shows 2 decimal places, the error at 0.7V can be 0.16V + 0.02V = 0.18V. This implies an accuracy of only 26%. At the cut-out low voltage of 0.3V the error term is 60%. Not very accurate! For measuring current the situation is slightly better because the range is only 10A, so the error term is up to 8mA + 2 digits. Three decimal places implies an extra 2mA error term, so the total error term is 10mA. But remember it does not measure below 20mA. At that level the error term accounts for 50%.
