There is no information about the highest possible temperature...

deathy Of course you will destroy the module at 250°C...Usually the melting temperature will be around 130°C and with high performance peltiers around 170°C to 220°C. But expect a much lower temperature with those sealed peltier modules!Nontheless, some data sheet would be great :)
