I WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE ATTACHMENTS I SENT. I RESENT THE PICTURES IN THE EMAIL AND TOLD THEM I THREW AWAY THE PACKAGING AS IT IS TRASH.
