These chargers will not accept an 18650 with the protection board. The micro USB socket can be lifted from the board when you push a bit to plug them in.

These boards are working very well with all of my 18650s. One of them came with a cold solder but it's okay as I repared it. The LEDs are very useful to know the charging state of the battery.
