Seperate your VTx from it's antenna and save it's SMA connector. Perhaps the cable type is not perfect for 5.8, but I don't care and my reception did not get worse after installing this. Maybe no good for long range, but on the other hand - if you do long range, you don't need this review because you know yous stuff.

The wire is flexible and that allow for better routing. The black wire part is 10,5 cm long and from one side to the other, with the connectors included it is 12,5 cm long. It is enough for most cases. It looks durable, although as with all antenna wires you must pay attention not to bent it too much.

if you want to put the antenna in a place separate from the transmitter, this is your guy. it takes some of the pressure off of the transmitter too.
