4/5 stars because while the description says it fits laptops 12-18in, my 17in laptop was Way too big to fit on there... it was a perfect fit for my brother's macbook however, and keeps it cool during his classes. The arm that lifts up the pad feels a little flimsy as well, and feels like it could collapse when you put a heavier laptop on it

Low price, quality made and 6 strong cooling fans that making my laptop's temperature much lower than I thought. I will recommend it with its low price.

not so powerful but sturdy casing, non customizable leds that are only all of them on and blue and you cannot turn them off but no worry because they aren't that bright
