They are really 2W on 12V and quite efficient! Gets quite hot if enclosed but exposed it barely gets warm. If you bypass the 2 resistors, it becomes a 10W LED and gets hot really fast! Needed a CPU heatsink and cooler to keep it warm. Nice!
