Nice kit but, toroïdal transformer is extremely hard to solder without proper microscope and solder iron.

It comes in a bag with anything you need to assemble a Very Good software define radio receiver, who covers the majority of radio communication bands! Anything you want to receive from 100KHz to 1700MHz is here. With slim nozzle to the soldering iron, a magnifier glass and some free time to spend, I managed to complete the assembly of the kit in less than one hour. The only difficult part is to solder the transformer to the IC pins, surely take some more time but is doable. I suggest you use flux and after the soldering of the components clean the remaining resin with acetone and a used toothbrush (especially in the around the IC area). I found this Kit an Excellent exercise for beginners who want to learn how to solder SMD’s. Delivery Time was fast and Seller’s service was VERY GOOD!!! So YES! I strongly recommend this product and the seller!

Ich habe mich für eine MLA-30 entschieden, die sie doppelt so teuer ist wie ein SDR....

The package arrived in good conditions. Started to build immediately. This kit is not definitely for beginners. The paramount issue is to solder wires to pins 4 and 5 of the RTL 2832 chip. You will need at least a good magnifier lamp and sure hands. Finally, I succeeded to do this. But it was on the edge. After that I installed the SDR software. It works like a charm on the UV frequencies. For the HF, you will need a good antenna. I choosed to buy a MLA-30, which it costs double the price of a SDR....

Ziet er leuk uit alleen jammer dat er geen gebuiksaanwijzing bij zit. Heb hem nog niet in elkaar gezet. De gebruisaanwijzing blijkt bij hun site op internet te staan. Maar gezien de prijs lijkt het mij een leuk en eerlijk product.
